By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Dormico Hostel Management System ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the App operator. By creating an account, enabling auto-pay, or subscribing to any of our plans, you explicitly agree to our subscription model, billing practices, and refund policies.

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • Using a strong, unique password for your account • Not sharing your login credentials with any third party • All activities that occur under your account • Providing valid payment information for subscription services • Keeping your payment information up to date • Ensuring sufficient funds for auto-pay transactions

Dormico offers subscription-based access to hostel management services: Silver Plan: ₹19 per month per tenant (special offer, normally ₹29) Gold Plan: ₹39 per month per tenant • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) • Billing is monthly recurring • Prices subject to change with 30 days' notice • Taxes may apply based on your location • Subscription is charged per tenant enrolled in your hostel

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to evaluate our services. Trial Activation Process: 1. Create an admin account with valid information 2. A one-time charge of ₹1 will be deducted to verify your payment method 3. Auto-pay is automatically enabled upon successful verification 4. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately Important Trial Terms: • The ₹1 verification charge is non-refundable • This charge confirms your payment method is valid and prevents fraud • Only one free trial per user/organization • Auto-pay remains enabled throughout and after the trial After Trial Period: • On day 15, you must select either the Silver or Gold plan • Once you select a plan, the first month's fee will be immediately charged • Your billing cycle begins from the date of plan selection

Billing Cycle: • Subscriptions are billed monthly (30-day cycle) • Your billing date is set when you select your plan • Subsequent charges occur automatically on the same date each month Auto-Pay Authorization: By creating an account, you authorize Dormico to: • Charge your payment method for the ₹1 verification fee • Automatically charge your selected subscription fee monthly • Retry failed payments up to 3 times • Update your payment method if provided by your card issuer Payment Methods: • We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other approved methods • All payments processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways • You must keep your payment information current and valid Payment Failures: • Email notification sent immediately • Retry after 3 days, then 7 days • After 3 failed attempts, account may be suspended • Payment failure fee of ₹50 may apply • Services restored upon successful payment

Dormico operates on a strict no-refund policy. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. No Refunds For: • Partial months or unused services • Cancellation or early termination • The ₹1 verification charge • Any subscription fees already charged Limited Exceptions: Refunds may be considered ONLY in these cases: 1. Duplicate Charges: Accidental double charges refunded within 5-7 business days 2. Unauthorized Charges: Report within 48 hours with evidence for investigation 3. Service Unavailability: Complete unavailability for 7+ consecutive days due to our fault (pro-rated credit, not cash refund) 4. Legal Requirements: Refunds mandated by law What Happens When You Cancel: • Access maintained until end of current billing period • No refund for remaining days • Auto-pay disabled for future periods

Plan Changes: • Upgrade from Silver to Gold anytime (takes effect immediately) • Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle • Pro-rated charges apply for upgrades Cancellation: • Cancel anytime from your account dashboard • Retain access until end of current billing period • No refund for remaining period Reactivation: • Cancelled accounts can be reactivated anytime • Charged for new billing cycle upon reactivation • No free trial for reactivated accounts

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe upon the rights of others • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality • Use the App for fraudulent or deceptive purposes • Share account credentials with unauthorized users • Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial • Dispute legitimate charges (chargeback abuse) • Ensure sufficient funds for auto-pay transactions • Update payment information before expiration

The App and all its contents are owned by the App operator and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Your Content: • You retain ownership of data you upload • You grant us a license to process and store your data • You are responsible for your content's legality

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service • Scheduled maintenance announced in advance • We reserve the right to modify features with notice • May update pricing with 30 days' notice • May change these Terms with reasonable notice

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Damages exceeding fees paid in the past twelve months • Payment processing errors by third-party gateways • Losses due to unauthorized account access Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, payment failure, or fraudulent activities. Upon Termination: • Access immediately revoked • Outstanding fees remain payable • Data may be deleted after 30 days • No refunds issued • May not create new account without permission

Before Filing a Claim: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally: • Email: [email protected] • Response time: Within 3 business days Chargebacks: • Filing false chargebacks violates these Terms • Account suspended pending investigation • You will be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India. • Indian Contract Act, 1872 applies • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 applies where applicable • Information Technology Act, 2000 applies
